Law enforcement authorities are tracking down the whereabouts of suspected PDAF scam brains Janet Lim-Napoles and her brother Reynald Lim.
The suspects remain at large as they refuse to give themselves up after the arrest order came out.
They face charges for the alleged abduction and illegal detention of the pork barrel scam whistle blower, Benhur Luy.
At least 12 teams from the National Bureau of Investigation have been formed to hunt down the fugitives.
All regional and field offices have also been alerted, and an NBI Operations Center has been set-up to receive possible leads regarding the whereabouts of the suspects.
Department of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said she is not surprised that Napoles got wind of the arrest order even before it was announced, considering her purported web of connections in the government.
